We're looking for Doers, Builders, and Shapers who have something concrete to say about AI and work.

You're a good fit if you:

• Doers: You're implementing AI in HR, operations, or leadership and have actual results (wins and losses, especially losses! or rather lessons)
• Builders: You're creating tools, services, or solutions and can talk about what customers actually do with them
• Shapers: You research, write, or advise on the economics, ethics, policy, or technology of AI at work with grounded insights

You're a good fit if you:

• Have implementation stories (strategy decks are not sufficient)
• Can discuss what failed and what worked
• Bring data, examples, or frameworks people can actually use
• Challenge assumptions (including your own)

You're not a good fit if:

• You're pitching a product without user stories
• Your talking points could've been written by ChatGPT
• You can't get specific about tradeoffs and constraints

What to expect: 30-45 minute conversation. We record on Zoom and Descript, edit in Descript, and publish within two weeks. We'll send prep questions. We don't do gotcha journalism, but we will push back on buzzwords.
